Hojoboro "lo"

Cymbals – Treble – Highs

How about the cacophony of rumbling cymbals down the stairs? Making a mix and match of sounds. Making the first impression of obvious randomness. However if you pay attention, if you listen carefully, you would know every one of them has something to say. Can you hear them? More importantly are you ready to listen.

Frame I: Someone, somewhere seating at the roof of a house. It’s getting darker and from far you can hear the roar of thunder. A gush of wind blows away the hair from the face and you can see the marks of dried up tear. It starts to pour now; it pours like it means to wash away something. It lashes with vigor, it intensifies. For a moment you think it’s random, but in heart you know “random” doesn't fit in. After a while it stops the person is still there, head resting on knees. The person gets up and walks down the stairs.

Frame II: An average household, the couple has woken up. The husband is seating at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen and watches over his wife making morning tea. The husband starts to sing a song, the wife joins along. Suddenly they stop at the same point of the song. Realizing both has forgotten the lyrics at the same place. So, one of them starts to describe the feeling of the lyrics, however can't get the exact words. The bickering goes on for a while, suddenly one of them get the lyrics and they started singing again.

Deciphering the Meaning: Prelogue

Dreams, how do you define that? Is it the work of “The Sandman”? Is it the work of “Bogie Man”? Or is it the manifestation of our inner conscience. I say it’s the manifestation of our inner conscience. Sometimes it can be the work of the Sandman and at times it’s the work of The Bogie Man.

Let's break it up a little bit, what do you say? Alright, our mind has two major parts they are our conscious mind and our unconscious mind. Our conscious mind does all our voluntary thinking. Whereas our unconscious mind does the rest. We often term it as wandering. When you are all by yourself you often hear a voice inside your mind talking to you. That is the triggered by our unconscious mind.

You must be thinking what has that got to do with the topic at hand, well it does, as that is the source. Dreams are not always the definitive manifestation of our unconscious mind. But you can say when your unconscious mind needs to draw your attention it will be through your dreams.

Let me ask you this, how many of you had the dream of falling into a dark endless pit and before you hit the bottom you wake up. Did you ever question what is the significance of that dream? Is it random? Is it only me who has that dream or is it with many? Well, need not worry, that is the entire idea behind sharing this blog with you. By the end of it you would know what that signifies.

If you don't mind, let's dwell on few more questions. Now that we have defined a premise and concluded dreams are the manifestation of our unconscious mind, what about children? Why do we see little kids smile and cry while sleeping? Our grand parents have always said they were dreaming. So my question is, does a little kid have a conscious and an unconscious mind. Or is it something hereditary? Sounds intriguing, isn't it? In our later posts I'll try to answer all these queries, with my limited ability of reasoning.

Until then, I bid adieu for today. Please don't forget to write your queries and comments. Also if you have a repetitive dream and you are bewildered about it, I can try to assist you in understanding that. Keep dreaming.
